Try it for the first time in a private session with Sol founders and coaches Bruna or Vini.
We'll provide the racket, show you the basics and get you playing from the start.
No experience needed and no pressure — just come ready to move, sweat, learn something new and see why people get hooked.
Then stay for the sauna, cold plunge and showers.
Squash is dynamic, full-body and seriously fun. It combines cardio, movement and strategy, but feels much more like playing than working out.
It is indoors, weather-proof and only takes two people to get a game going.

HOW COURT TIME WORKS
Your membership includes one hour of court time every day, at any time. No peak, no off-peak, nothing to count down. A second hour the same day is $20 per player. Playing on your own beyond your included hour is $40. Guests pay the visitor rate on your court, and every member gets one guest pass a month.
BOOKING
Monthly members book seven days ahead, annual members ten, visitors three. Two active bookings at a time, one court booking a day. Cancellation windows are shown on every session when you book.
BILLING AND DISCOUNTS
All prices are plus taxes and fees. Monthly dues come out on the same date each month. Annual is paid in full and includes one month free. No initiation fee. Family discounts: 5% off a second member, 10% off for three or more, all active at the same time.
LEAVING
Month to month with 60 days written notice to sol@solsquash.com. There is no initiation fee, so the notice period is the commitment.
